1. Are you a manufacture?
Yes, we have own factory and have been in providing professional
solutions in packing & printing industrial over 8 years
2. Can I get a sample?
Yes, for some stock items, we can send you free samples, as for the
considerable international express cost, would be charged still.
But for customized sample, due to the high setup cost of the
printing press and die-cut, we usually charge you 100-350USD as the
sample making fee based on the actual box size, printing and
finish. And this payment will be used as part of the mass
production fees once the order is confirmed and your order quantity
reaches 20,000pcs or above.
3. Do you sell any additional products not listed on your
online catalog?
We sell over 10,000 different kinds of box and bag and we are
always adding new items to our website. However, every item that we
currently sell is listed on our website. If you cannot find the
exact product that you are looking for, please e-mail your request
and we will be happy to check whether or not this is an item that
we can do.
4. How do I measure a box?
The proper sequence of dimensions is Length x Width x Depth. Place
the carton in front of you with the open end up. Length is the
longest open end dimensions from left to right. Width is the
shortest open end dimension from front to back. Depth is the
remaining dimension from top to bottom.
