Product Introduction

 

2V Series Gel Deep Cycle VRLA Battery, which is specially designed for storage power system. Adopting particular design and formulation,  PV series are especially suitable for deep cycle applications like solar power system featuring long time power supply for small load with smallcurrent.
 

 

Product Features

 

 

1. Long life:
2V Series Storage VRLA Battery uses high-tin alloy positive grids and thick platesto reduce the utilization of active material. It has special aditives. The designed life of battery can reachmore than 12years,.

2. High cycling ability:
Special gel electrolyte additives, curing process at high temperature and highhumidity are employed to delay the softening of active material, therefore the deep cycle endurance is improved efficaciously, especially the anti- -passivation (anti barrier layer) capability of positive platesduring reaction when batteries are used for small load and small current discharge.

3. Excellent over-discharge tolerance:
Adopting dedicated ultra- -fine glass fiber separators with highporosity and high wet elasticity, combining with high-pressure tighten assembly technology, the batteryhas a high tolerance for super overdischarge. After 5 times of over-discharges which cause the shortcircuit, battery capacity restoration can reach more than 95%.

4. Safety and Reliability:
Our patented terminal sealing construction and the curing process of the adhesiveat high temperature, ensure no acid leakage from the roots of terminals, and therefore ensure safe andreliable operation.

5. Various installation types:
The special AGM separators can absorb the electrolyte, thus there is no freeacid inside the battery, and therefore both vertical and horizontal positions are allowed when thebatteries are to be mounted.
