Wearing parts and equipment damage caused by customer's reasons are not included in the free warranty.
Ⅱ. LIJIANG has the own system for after sale service, which including three parts.
1. After Lijiang equipment arrives at customer's factory, Lijiang can send engineers to customer's factory for installation, commissioning and personnel training, without commission. However, the customer will bear the cost of the engineer's return airfare and accommodation.
2. During the warranty period, if there is any problem with Lijiang equipment, Lijiang will provide online technical support as soon as possible. However, if the engineer needs to go to the customer's factory to repair the machines, the customer should pay for the round-trip airfare and accommodation. Please note that if the spare parts are damaged because of Lijiang, Lijiang will prepare them in advance (except the wearing parts).
3. If there is any problem with Lijiang equipment beyond the warranty period, Lijiang will provide online technical support as soon as possible. However, if the customer requests an engineer in Lijiang, the customer should bear the engineer's round-trip airfare and accommodation, and the customer should also pay a service fee of $150 per day in Lijiang.
Note: Before Lijiang engineers go to the customer's factory, the customer should send the air ticket and hotel information in advance. Lijiang will arrange engineer route and maintenance project as soon as possible.
