Question 1.Can I have custom design with personal company logo?
Answer: For all our inflatables, the customerized logo is available. And we will confirm the design with you before production, so you will surely get what you want for actual use, just offer us picture in any format made by PDF or Adobe Illustrator.
Question 2. How long will it take for the delivery?
Answer: By express and air will take about 7 days, while by sea will takes about 20~35 days.
Question 3. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? Does your company pass any certificates?
Answer: We are a inflatable manufacturer established on 2012. we have CE, EN14960, SGS, and other certificates.
Question 4. Do you offer accessories like blowers/pumps, repair kits?
Answer: Yes, each item is equiped with enough quantity CE/UL blowers/ air pumps ( according to the electric system in your country ) and repair kits.
Question 5. How do you start the order?
Answer: We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the finished pictures. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.
