Q: Do you have any warranty for your products? How can I do in case
it get damaged?
A: All our products are strictly tested from the material incoming
to shipment and the quality are reliable. However, for oversea
orders, as it’s not convenient to return the damaged products, we
provide free repairing kit for customers’repairing purpose.
Normally, the reparing work is very easy.
Q: Your blowers meet CE/UL requirements?
A: we can offer CE/UL blower according to different country.
Q: What’s the lead time?
A: The lead time depends on the quantity and the time that you
place the order. Usually, for 1-3 items, they can be finished
within 5-15 working days.
Q: How to buy it?
The process is as follows: (T/T or Western Union can be accepted.)
1. Tell us the Items model and quantity you order, we will make a PI for you. Then you pay the down payment 50% of the total amount to our company account (Please notice that the bank charge is paid by your side)
2. After we receive the down payment, we will produce the goods for you.
3. Once we finish the products , we will send you the photos to check and confirm.
4. If everything is ok, you pay the balance amount.
5 . After we receive the balance amount, we will arrange shipping for you at once.
