Ultrasonic Oil & Gas Refinery Equipment Cleaner Washing Rinsing And Drying
Enhance Your Cleaning Process with Ultrasonics
Ultrasonic cleaning has become increasingly popular year after
year. One reason is that it's an environmentally friendly process
capable of replacing some vapor degreasing processes. The second is
that it enhances aqueous cleaning processes in many applications...
Ultras Wave Explanation
Pressure waves generated by high-frequency sound waves create
micron-size bubbles in the aqueous cleaning solution. This bubble
is shown just before implosion, which releases a tremendous amount
of energy for cleaning
What can be cleaned by Ultrasonic ?
Ultrasonic cleaning involves the use of high-frequency sound waves
(above the upper range of human hearing, ) to remove a variety of
contaminants from parts immersed in aqueous media. The
contamination can be dirt, oil, grease, buffing/polishing compounds
and mold release agents, just to name a few. Materials that can be
cleaned include metals, glass, ceramics and so on. Ultrasonic
agitation can be used with a variety of cleaning agents.
Typical applications include removing chips and cutting oils from
cutting and machining operations, removing buffing and polishing
compounds prior to plating operations and cleaning greases and
sludge from rebuilt components for automotive and aircraft
applications.
Ultrasonic cleaning is powerful enough to remove tough contaminants
yet gentle enough not to damage the substrate. It provides
excellent penetration and cleaning in the smallest crevices and
between highly spaced parts in a cleaning tank.
How is Engine Ultrasonic cleaning machines work
Ultrasonic cleaning machines work on the principle of agitating
cleaning solvents using high frequency sound waves, the ultrasonic
agitation creates millions of microscopic bubbles that implode
releasing vast quantities of energy, this action, know as
cavitations, dislodges any contaminant stuck to the surface of a
part, ultrasonic cavitations thoroughly cleans every surface in
contact with the cleaning fluid
AGSONIC ultra sonic cleaning of all parts old and new prior to assembly of the engine. This Ultrasonic Cleaning Method is long known as the "benchmark" in cleaning. Ultrasonic cavitation is able to clean right down to the surface of a part and beyond. It is also able to reach internal areas, which are not accessible by using other cleaning means including spray and mechanical agitation. The forceful nature of ultrasonic energy provides the physical "push" required to break the mechanical and ionic bonds that hold very small particles to surfaces.
Ultrasonic Cleaning of Engine Parts, Car engine parts, Truck engine parts and Motor bike engine parts
Our Ultrasonic cleaning process, can effectively clean the following components- Aluminum castings, engine blocks, Carburetors, Cylinder Heads, Engines, Engine Components, Gear Boxes, Filters, Tubes and Valves.
Cleaning With Sound Waves
While it may still sound futuristic to children of the ’60s and ’70s, ultrasonic cleaning has a long history of successful cleaning. Ultrasonics is the science of sound waves above the frequency normally considered audible for humans (above 18 Kilohertz). When vibrations at these high frequencies are introduced into liquids, areas of extremely high vacuum and extremely high pressure are generated alternately at any given point in the liquid as the sound waves pass.
Ultrasonic sound waves have been found to be an effective way to clean many automotive components, especially areas where it is difficult to reach with mechanical devices on complex parts such as automatic transmission parts, aluminum engine components with small oil galleys, blind holes and hidden cavities. Under the influence of a vacuum, the liquid is literally torn apart to create what is called a cavitation bubble. As positive pressure replaces the vacuum, which formed the cavitation bubble, it collapses in implosion resulting in high-pressure shock waves that, in turn, do all the work of scrubbing the component free from contaminants. Ultrasonic cleaning systems work very well on baked-on carbons and oils.

Engines Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaner With Filtration system
The Engine Parts division specialises in the Ultrasonic Cleaning of Engine Parts, Car engine parts, Truck engine parts and Motor bike engine parts to both trade customers and individuals throughout the world
Our Ultrasonic cleaning process, can effectively clean the following components- Aluminum castings, engine blocks, Carburetors, Cylinder Heads, Engines, Engine Components, Gear Boxes, Filters, Tubes and Valves.
Benefits of ultrasonics for engine part :
Ultrasonic Engine Cleaning remove oil , dirty ,Perfect cleaning effect !
Why choose ultrasonic cleaning machine to clean our engine block and engine parts?
Clean intricate and difficult to reach areas easily
A major challenge of any cleaning system is the difficulty faced in tackling tiny spaces, intricate geometries, and difficult to reach surfaces, ultrasonic cleaning penetrates even blind holes and small apertures, that previously had hit-and miss success rates, the uniform agitation of the cleaning solution ensures that the cleaning action penetrates even hard to reach areas that previously required specialized brushes and other complicated cleaning devices with no real guarantee of a successful and consistent cleaning outcome, various factors go into determining which combination of an ultrasonic unit and chemical solution is suited to your particular requirement
For effective cleaning the ultrasonic cleaning machine must use the right of cleaning chemistry, operate at the right temperature and use the correct frequency, the part to be cleaned the contaminant to be removed and the degree of soil, determine this, our years of experience advising manufacturing and maintenance clients on the right process for their cleaning needs help us identify the exact product combo that you need, just send AG SONIC email or call us, and we’ll guide you to the right solution quickly
Competitive Advantage:
FAQ:
Q:What are the advantages of AGsonic ultrasonic cleaner over
traditional cleaning methods?
A:1.minimize the use of manual labor
· 2.make cleaning and degreasing without the use of organic
solvents
· 3.clean hard to reach areas of products and remove all types of
dirt
·4.shorten the processes such as extraction, dispersion,
purification, chemical reactions
·5. eliminates costly mechanical and chemical cleaning of heat
exchangers
aluminum heads Cleaning .
The cleaning technique (or combination of methods) you use should
leave the heads and block free of dirt, grease, carbon and lime
deposits. Residual carbon deposits that are still clinging to
combustion chambers or exhaust ports can be brushed or blasted
away, but that requires additional manual labor (which should be
avoided to minimize your cleaning costs).
The cosmetic appearance of the metal doesn’t matter until the final
post-machining cleaning has been completed and the block and heads
are ready to be assembled, painted and/or bagged and returned to
the customer. Bagging is highly recommended to keep out dirt while
parts are being stored and transported.
