Surface treatment: Electrostatic spraying has a fully automatic
production line, use Aksu powder, concrete technology and quality
are:
1)black billet → chemical rust remover to remove surface dirt spray
→ phosphate → finished leveling curing;
2) the shelf surface with epoxy powder spraying process, coating
thickness of 60 to 80 microns;
3)electrostatic powder coating adhesion to GB92865-88 standard,
level 0 requirements;
4)hardness, wear resistance is 100 times more than ordinary nitro,
to GB6739-86 standard in 2H requirements;
5)corrosion resistance (hydrochloric acid experiment) GB1771-91 is
greater than 500 hours.

Q: Do you have MOQ (minimum order quantity) limitation?
A: No, we do not have MOQ requirement for most of our products. MOQ
is only required for new developed or customized products.
And good prices would be offered for good quantities. Normally
1x20ft container order would be recommended to save cost and easy
operation.
Q: How will I install the racks?
A: Along with the documents we provided, there will be assembly
instructions as well if you are not sure how to install the racks.
We can send an engineer and several experienced installers to
assist if necessary.
