Introduction

10 Port Gigabit Ethernet PoE Switch, provide seamless connections to 10/100/1000M Ethernet, PoE is an Ethernet power supply that transmits data signals to IP-based terminals, such as IP phones, wireless access aps, and network cameras. and the PoE supply port can automatically detect and supply receiving devices meeting IEEE802.3af/at standard, non-PoE devices intelligently detect no power and only transmit data.

 

Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology transmits data signals for IP-based terminals (such as IP phones, APs, and network cameras) and provides DC power for the devices. These devices that receive DC power are called receiving devices.

 

With simple installation and maintenance methods and rich service functions, it helps users build high-performance networks that are secure and reliable. It is mainly located in industrial parks, buildings, factories, mines, government agencies, residential broadband and other user network core or fusion layer; it can be widely used in Ethernet access scenarios such as small and medium-sized enterprises, Internet cafes, hotels, and schools.

Production Steps

  • Welding: Weld the necessary components
  • Cleaning: To avoid any possible dysfunction due to dust or scraps on the PCB boards.
  • Assembling: Builds up components of a product, like panels, screws, PCB boards.
  • Testing: To make sure the product is basically working fine after assembling
  • Aging: To check if the product can work smoothly for long time without any minors such as LED indicators, voltage. This will usually last for 24 to 48 hours.
  • Testing: To test if the product can process data or video signals correctly. Any data loss? Transmission rate correct? Any data packet failure? Such questions would be verified in this procedure.
  • QC testing: This is the third and also last check of product quality. If it goes good, our packing staff will pack it up according to customer requirements and attach to the packing box a product label.
  • When all above is done, the product will go to market.
