20-2000 micron grade Nylon mono filament filter bags welded with plastic ring
The NMO nylon mono filament mesh filter bag used for the absolute
accuracy of the surface.They use of the a single fiber mesh filter
made of woven textiles.Non-deformation of the fiber in accordance
with the textile design into a specific network, and increase
fusion welding to increase its strength.To filter impurities
trapped in the material surface direclty.Absolute precise surface
filtration, absolute rating filtration material , single filament
fiber structured non deformed fiber . The advantage is the
filtration net can be reused after using and low consumption. Such
type of sieve mesh is 25,37,50,80,100,150,200,250,300,400,600,800
and 1200 microns.

steel or stainless steel snap fit rings.

Efficiency: Nominal rating, 85% contaminant particle retention
efficiency with a single pass.
Surface treatment: Fiber migration and extractable free glazed
media surface treatment.
Media grade: Exclusively FDA compliant media , silicon free, and
oil free.
Optimum replacing pressure differential 0.10 Mpa, Max 0.18 Mpa

How to replace the filter bag
Change-out Pressure Differential: The recommended bag filter change-out pressure differential across the bag media is 0.10MPA ( 15 PSI). Continuing beyond this point will result not only in rapid flow rate reduction and contaminant unloading, but also increase the risk of filter rupture. The max differential pressure allowed is 0.23 MPA( 35PSI).
Removal of use filter: During operation, the filter media many be embedded into perforated on the basket under excessive pressure, making it difficult to remove the bag filter.When this happens, don’t use excessive force to pull the bag, as it will break the ultrasonic welding line and detach the seal ring form the bag body. To safely remove the bag, shake the basket rapidly and then use a spine motion to separate the bag from the basket, slowly pull the use bag filter out.
