The high quality engineering plastic is selected to make the plastic collar with excellent physical properties and chemical corrosion resistance.The handle on the bag opening is above the liquid surface for easy replace the filter bag, and improve the work efficiency. Plastic collar specially designed, can be applied to almost of the bag filters on the markets at present.Any kinds of specification 1-4 filter bags, one specification of us produced fully welded liquid filtration bags with plastic collar can be compatible with.

Seam treatment: ultrasonic welded or thread stitched
Seal ring options: Polypropylene or polyester SDS, STS, Zinc coated steel or stainless steel snap fit rings.

Micron range:1,3,5,10,25,50,75,100,125,150,200 micron are available.
Efficiency: Nominal rating, 85% contaminant particle retention efficiency with a single pass.
Surface treatment: Fiber migration and extractable free glazed media surface treatment.
Media grade: Exclusively FDA compliant media , silicon free, and oil free.

How to replace the filter bag
Change-out Pressure Differential: The recommended bag filter change-out pressure differential across the bag media is 0.10MPA ( 15 PSI). Continuing beyond this point will result not only in rapid flow rate reduction and contaminant unloading, but also increase the risk of filter rupture. The max differential pressure allowed is 0.23 MPA( 35PSI).
Removal of use filter: During operation, the filter media many be embedded into perforated on the basket under excessive pressure, making it difficult to remove the bag filter.When this happens, don’t use excessive force to pull the bag, as it will break the ultrasonic welding line and detach the seal ring form the bag body. To safely remove the bag, shake the basket rapidly and then use a spine motion to separate the bag from the basket, slowly pull the use bag filter out.
