Plastic pyrolysis is: the process of converting waste plastic into industrial fuels like Pyrolysis Oil, Carbon Black and Hydrocarbon Gas.
Plastic pyrolysis involves subjecting plastic to high temperature
of 400 to 450 degree Celsius, in absence of oxygen. In case of
oxygen is present plastic will start burning. During pyrolysis
plastic breaks down into smaller molecules of pyrolysis oil,
pyrolysis gas and carbon black. Pyrolysis is great a way of
recycling waste plastics. This plant can also used for waste tire
recycling.
2. Welding: Automatic welding machine with heating treatment and
x-ray detection will prolong the service life of reactor to the
max.
Input raw mateiral
The waste plastic pyrolysis plant can process various kinds of waste plastic including pp , pe , ps , abs , rubber products ,tires to fuel oil , carbon black , steel wire.
Output product from the waste tyre pyrolysis plant
From waste tire pyrolysis plant, 4 kinds of products can be
obtained: fuel oil, catbon black, steel wire, and incondensable
gas.
Flow Chart
1) Feeding: It takes 1-2 hours. Tires below 1.4 meters in the intermittent cracking system can be fed directly to the whole tire, and large tires need to be cut before feeding; continuous cracking systems need to be broken and fed by the feeding system Enter the host;
2) Heating: It takes about 10 hours. Generally, when it is heated to 2 hours, oil and gas will be generated;
3) Cooling: Oil and gas are condensed into oil through a cooling system;
4) Tail gas recovery and utilization: In the process of heating and cracking, in addition to oil and gas, some flammable but non-condensable gases are also generated. We call it "tail gas". This gas can be directly recycled for heating and cracking the reactor to save Fuel, can also be used to generate electricity or burn to provide a heat source;
5) Carbon black and steel wire slag removal: When the cracking process is over and oil and gas are discharged, the remaining materials in the reactor need to be discharged to carry out a new cracking process. These residual materials mainly include carbon black steel wires used to make tires.

Safety
1. With an auto welding machine for the reactor, it can not only
greatly improve working efficiency but also guarantee the quality
of welding seam, thus avoid
explosion caused by gas leak.
2. Professional heating treatment and x-ray detection chamber are
especially for welding.
3. Vacuum system will prevent oil gas from going back to reactor
and causing accident.
4. Professional thermometer, pressure gauge and safety valve.
5. It is dangerous to burn exhaust gas(C1 to C4) without any safety
measures. In our process, it is transferred first through the
safety device and safe gas gun. Before burning, we should ensure
the safety of production.
Environment friendly
1.Well water dedusting system can avoid black smoke.
2.The waste gas will be recycled for heating reactor, no gas
pollution
3.Every junction of the reactor is in good sealing situation with
professional sealing material.
