Advantages
1. Adopting international advanced triple nozzle anti-blocking technology
This machine has unique nozzle anti-blocking function.
It has independent solvent pump and lapidary nozzle with unique nozzle cleaning procedures.
First, automatically inject solvent when starting up, avoiding clogging nozzles with injecting ink, which greatly reduces the daily maintenance work.
Second, automatically inject solvent to clean nozzles and recycle pipelines when shutting down the machine, ensuring unblocked nozzles and ink pipes while next time starting up. This improves the stability of equipment operation.
Besides, nozzle plates can be removed solely and then clean it in the ultrasonic container, thoroughly solving the congestion problem.
2. A multifuntional interface
Using pinyin input method and location input method, large screen LCD display, color touch screen, dot matrix directly editing function. Operation is more convenient.
