About air spring
Air spring shock absorber is a relatively new and promising vibration isolation scheme, which has been paid more and more attention by people, and has been adopted in some engineering vibration isolation.
The air spring is a cord-reinforced rubber bladder filled with
compressed air, which uses the compressibility of the gas to act as
a shock-absorbing rubber product. The structure of the rubber
bladder is similar to that of a tubeless tire. It consists of an
inner rubber layer (airtight layer), an outer rubber layer, a cord
reinforcement layer and a steel traveler. The load is mainly borne
by the cord, and the material of the cord is the pressure
