Production process of rubber air springs
Rubber air springs are the inevitable trend of today's automotive equipment development, matching and industrial equipment accessories. The calendering process is a process of using a calender to cover
the surface of the textile with the compounded rubber, and
penetrate into the inside of the fabric gap, so that the rubber and

c. Rubbing and calendering.
Process performance requirements of the calendering compound:
It should have suitable rollability, good fluidity, sufficient
scorch resistance and low shrinkage. Appropriate wrapping
properties: The rubber material can neither be taken off the roll
nor stick to the roller on the calender roll, but it should be
convenient for the calendering operation and easy to produce
sheets; good fluidity: the rubber material can penetrate smoothly
and evenly into the Between the cords; Sufficient scorch
resistance: The rubber compound must be heat-smelted before
calendering and subjected to multiple thin passes, and it is often
carried out at a higher temperature (80-110°C) during calendering,
so the rubber. There should be no scorch during the calendering
process. Low shrinkage: The elastic deformation of the rubber
should be reduced, so that the surface of the rubber curtain does
not change much after calendering.
3. Film calendering
The film required for the production of air springs is generally
calendered with a three-roll calender. The hot-melted rubber
material is pressed into a sheet of a certain thickness by three
rolls, and is cooled by a conveyor belt and rolled into a roll. The
width of the film is generally in the rollers. The width of the
upper cutting edge is fixed, and the edge is not cut during
molding. .According to its own functional requirements, the air
spring has better air tightness of the inner film,

the outer layer film requires weather resistance and good fatigue
resistance, and chlorine-J rubber is used in the formulation
