Air spring applications

Air springs have a wide range of applications across various industries. They are commonly used in the automotive industry, particularly in heavy-duty vehicles such as trucks and buses, to provide suspension and improve ride comfort. Air springs are also used in the railway industry, for both passenger and freight cars, to provide suspension and reduce vibrations. Crimped air spring components
This type of air spring is also known as a bellows air spring because it has one, two, or even three bellows in the rubber body. This air spring can be used in automotive or industrial fields as a suspension system or as a rubber actuator. The more turns an air spring has, the more stroke/travel it can have. However, two or three coiled air springs require more space and the space available in the application must be checked.
