Features
1. DIN15261-1986 standard production line
2. Widely used to transfer: Food, Chemical stuff, Building
materials, Metallurgy, Mining, and something which need
transportation.
3. Mainly for the transmission of small particles, powder ,small
pieces goods.
4. It is ok suitable to transfer the materials that are easliy
deteriorating, have larger stickiness , or have higher moisture
content.
5. However, the U-shaped screw conveyor is not suitable for long-distance transportation.The manufacturing cost is larger than that of the belt conveyor, and it is easy for the fragile materials to be destructed.

Application
Screw conveyors are widely used in various industries, such as building materials, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, coal mine, grain and other industries, suitable for horizontal or inclined conveying of powder, granular and small materials, such as sand, ash, slag, cement, grain etc., the material temperature is less than 200℃.
This machine is not suitable for conveying easily deteriorated, highly viscous, easy agglomerated or high temperature, easy crush, and highly corrosive.
