Product Overview
YJD-A/B series discharge device, also known as electric dust discharge valve, electric air lock valve, rotary air lock valve, it consists of motor, tooth difference reducer (X) or pinwheel cycloid reducer (Z) and rotary dragon type unloader.
Pressure-resistant type: It uses a closed rotor, which can be widely used in suction and pressure-feed air conveying systems and negative pressure conveying equipment. The rotating unloader can ensure that the air pressure in the conveying pipe does not leak, and can be safely conveyed and It collects materials, so it is called an air lock valve in this respect.
Ordinary type: It can be used on materials below 150 degrees and normal temperature, and it can continuously and evenly feed the material into the conveying pipe. In the system and the separation dust collection part, it can also function as a discharger.
High temperature resistant type: It separates the running part from the box body that is in contact with the material, and can safely separate the bearing operation from the oil seal system. The unique oil seal device can effectively prevent penetrating materials from entering the bearing directly, making the machine The operation will not be in contact with the material, so it is suitable for the transportation of temperature-absorbing materials and metallic powder.
