High Power 1050 4.7uh High Current Integrated Shielded SMD Power Inductor
The Difference Between Integer Inductors and General Wirewound Power Inductors
(1) The raw materials are different. The integrated inductor is made of aluminum die-casting by embedding the winding itself into a metal material with magnetic powder inside. The surface-coated pins are the leads of the winding itself, that is, it is formed on the surface of the seat. Ordinary power inductors are wound with copper core wire on the upper part of the transformer skeleton, and then sealed with sealant;
(2) The actual effect of shielding is different, and the integrated inductor has a strong actual effect of shielding;
(3) The current size is different, and the current of an integrated inductor becomes larger;
(4) The cost of integrally formed inductors is lower than that of general power inductors, which is higher than the price of general power inductors due to the decision of their materials and processing technology;
(5) The production process is different. The one-piece inductor is formed by introducing the winding into the stamping die after the magnetic particle inspection. Generally, the power inductor is wrapped with sealant;
