1. 2.5L drinking water
2. 1kg ice cream powder
3. ice cream machine

Steps

1. Pour the powder into a container ( the weight ratio is 1 : 2.5) , stir the mixture with a whisk until the powder is completely dissolved.
2. The ice cream mix should be kept in the mixing container at the room temperature for 15-20mins.
3. Pour the mix into the hopper of ice cream machine,and press AUTO.
