CQL Magnetic Drive Chemical Pump:
 
The pump structure has the following features:
1. The pump is of vertical structure, magnetic drive, axial suction, radial discharge, and small covering area.
2. It is driven by the magnetic coupling drive, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
3. The axial force is balanced by back blades and the residual axial force is on the thrust blades of the sliding bearing component. In addition to balancing the axial force, the back blades can also reduce the wear incurred by particles upon impeller back and the pump cover, and make the operation more reliable.
4. The optimized impeller hydraulic design makes the impeller is suitable for conveying material containing impurities and solid particles.
5. In the impeller hydraulic design complete with the dynamic sealing, the material gas is introduced into the back of the impeller, where the gas phase balance has prevented the cavitation damage, so that the whole pump components under the boundary conditions are safe.
6. The structure of self-lubricating is applied, in which the lubrication is simple and reliable.
7. The reasonable selection of isolation sleeve materials has eliminated magnetic eddy current loss, and increased the magnetic transmission efficiency.
8. Pump inlet is located at the lowest level in the system, so that fluid inside the pump can be discharged in a convenient and quick manner.
9. The vertical structure is conductive for exhausting and suitable for cleaning and purging the pump cavity.
10. The pump and motor is supported by the base, and the base is fixed on the ground, so the overall structure is simple and reliable, facilitating installation and maintenance.
11. For the gas seal pump, in order to make the seal gas pressure and flow rate effectively controlled in a reasonable range, the pump should be installed with gas regulator control instrument, and the pressure reducing valve, pressure switch, flow meter, pressure gauge and check valve are integrated, achieving the effective control on the seal gas in a simple and convenient and fast way.
