YST380 hydraulic test stands are used for checking and proofreading products that include hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, hydraulic cylinder and valve. Hydraulic test stand is divided into five varieties: hydraulic pump test stand, hydraulic motor test stand, hydraulic valve test stand and hydraulic cylinder test stand and comprehensive test stand. 1). Displacement checking testing : No-load Pressure,determination
of displacement.
2). Volumetric Efficiency/Total Efficiency Testing: Under the rated
conditions,test volumetric efficiency and total efficiency.
3). Overload Testing: Max.displacement,Nominal Speed,125% of the
rated pressure, or max. pressure operation more than 1 minute
4). External Leakage: in the above testing, Check the leakage of
sealing parts.
