Product Introduction:

Our factory specializes in manufacturing the Pulse battery charger, which is specifically tailored to cater to a wide range of battery types. These include lead-acid batteries, maintenance-free batteries, start batteries, start-stop batteries, 12V and 24V batteries, as well as 12.6V lithium batteries.
To ensure precise control over the charging process, our charger incorporates a dedicated intelligent microcomputer chip. This chip enables effective monitoring and management of the charging parameters. The charger utilizes advanced pulse width modulation (PWM) technology, resulting in a compact size that promotes safety and convenience.
Efficiency is a key feature of our Pulse battery charger. It offers high-efficiency conversion, ensuring that the energy input is effectively converted into the desired output for charging the battery. The charger also provides a stable output current, allowing for consistent and reliable charging performance. With its large design capacity, our charger is capable of operating at full load for extended periods, making it a reliable and durable solution.
Environmental sustainability is a core principle behind our Pulse battery charger. It is designed as a next-generation eco-friendly charger, taking into consideration the impact on the environment. By incorporating efficient charging technology, the charger minimizes energy waste and reduces its carbon footprint.
Safety is paramount in our charger's design. It includes multiple protective features to safeguard against potential hazards. These features encompass short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, overtemperature protection, and low-voltage protection. These measures help prevent damage to the battery and ensure safe charging operations.
The Pulse battery charger supports various charging states to accommodate different battery requirements. These states include constant current, constant voltage, floating, trickle, and more. By offering a range of charging options, our charger optimizes the charging process, thereby enhancing battery life. Moreover, it effectively reduces the rate of water loss from the battery and eliminates problems associated with battery heating and overcharging.

Operation Mode:

No-load standby: When the charger separates from the battery due to poor contact during charging or replaces another battery, the display will clearly show empty On-board standby. Standby is equivalent to about 2W energy consumption of small luminous lamps.

Constant current mode: When the battery voltage is lower than the charger's set voltage, it is a constant current charging mode, and the charger will provide a constant charging current to the battery. It has the effect of protecting the battery and charger.

Constant pressure mode: Pulse width modulation (PWM) technology is used. Precisely control the charger's charge current and output voltage to ensure that the battery is safely fully charged. It is best to avoid overcharging the battery.

Floating charge mode: When the battery is about to be fully charged, the charger does not stop charging, but still provides a constant float charge voltage and a small float charge stream to supply the battery.

Trickle mode: When the battery voltage is close to the set voltage value, the charge current gradually decreases to the set current. The charger will automatically switch from charging mode to trickle mode. Indicates that charging is complete. You can also continue to float.

Protection:

1.Overtemperature protection: The charger shuts down protectively when the charger temperature exceeds 105°C. At this time, there is no current output, and it can be resumed when the temperature drops to about 80 ° C or after about ten minutes of power off.

2.Short-circuit protection:When the charger output is unexpectedly shorted, the charger will automatically turn off the output, eliminate the short circuit, and automatically resume charging after correct connection.

3.Reverse polarity protection: When the charger outputs positive and negative poles opposite the charge, the charger will automatically turn off the output, and the charging will automatically resume charging after correctly connecting the polarity.

4.Low-voltage protection: When the battery single cell voltage is lower than 1.5V, the charger protection cannot be started, so as to avoid damage to the device due to the mismatch between the battery and the charger voltage.

Safety Tips:

To better maintain your battery, it is recommended not to fully discharge it before recharging. Lead-acid batteries do not have a memory effect, so diligent charging and discharging are suitable. Charging a lead-acid battery when its power is depleted below 10V can cause significant damage to the battery and may trigger overcurrent protection on the charger. If this happens, you can turn off the power for ten minutes before resuming use. However, it's important to note that when the battery voltage is as low as 10V, it is in a severely depleted state. Please be mindful of the battery's condition in the future to ensure its longevity.

Technical Parameters:

1.Rated input voltage range: 110V-250V; This indicates that the power supply or charger can accept input voltages within the range of 110 volts to 250 volts.

2.Output voltage: 12V/24V;The power supply or charger can provide two different output voltage options, either 12 volts or 24 volts.

3.Rated operating frequency: 50/60Hz;This means that the power supply or charger can operate on both 50 Hz and 60 Hz frequency power sources.

4.Full load conversion efficiency: 93%;This indicates that the power supply or charger has an efficiency of 93% when operating at full load. In other words, it can convert input power to the output power with a minimum energy loss.

5.Operating temperature range: -30°C to 45°C;The power supply or charger is designed to operate within the temperature range of -30 degrees Celsius to 45 degrees Celsius. It can function properly within this temperature range without any significant issues.

6.Charging mode: The charging mode is described as "No load - constant current-constant pressure - float charge - trickle." This suggests that the power supply or charger follows a specific charging algorithm or sequence. It starts with a no-load condition, then applies a constant current to charge the battery until it reaches a certain voltage (constant pressure). Once the battery voltage reaches the desired level, it switches to a float charge mode to maintain the battery at a specific voltage. Finally, it enters the trickle charge mode, which provides a low current to compensate for any self-discharge of the battery.

FAQ

Q: Why is the current getting smaller and smaller? The current is not 30A.

A: Charging principle: pulse. Pulse can protect the battery and prolong its service life.

The difference is that the pulse charger can keep the charging process dynamic, balance the charging and discharging process, reduce the water loss during the charging process, and prevent the problem of sulfation, so that the battery capacity can be restored and the battery life will be increased.

Pulse is not a constant voltage and current. It will match the charging voltage and current according to the battery status. The charging current will become smaller and smaller as the battery power increases.

The pulse is designed to better protect the battery from being injured due to overcharge.

Not all batteries can reach the peak current. If the battery capacity is large and the power loss is severe, the current will be higher.

Q: Are 12V/24V and lithium battery automatically compatible?

A: 1. Manual selection is required; 2. 12V/24V self-defined identification, lead-acid battery, water battery, dry battery. 3. Lithium battery: 12V, lithium iron phosphate battery cannot be charged (it depends on whether the charger supports 12.6V lithium battery)

Q: How to operate?

A: The first step is to check whether the battery is good or bad. Operation method: the charger is not plugged in, just clip the charger clip to the positive and negative poles of the battery. The display will show the current internal pressure of the battery. There are two conditions not shown: 1. Charger problem 2. Battery voltage is lower than 8V.

The second step is that the charger has normal input and output. Only plug in, and the display will be on. By default, 12V and POWER are on. When the red and black clips meet, the spark charger is completely normal.

Q:What is the differences between chargers?

A:1. Make sure what type of battery needs to be charged.
2.Different power sizes affect the charging time of the charger.

Q: What is the function of the charger?

A:1. Check the internal pressure of the battery; 2. Repair; 3. Charging.

Q: Why can't the battery reach the current you said?

A: Generally, the battery capacity is not large enough to give all the output current to the battery. I'm afraid that the battery can't bear it, which will make the battery damage.

P. S. Most of the batteries that need to be recharged with chargers have some problems

Q: Why cant the two 12V series connection recognize 24V for charging?

A: If the battery is a combination of two 12V batteries and can not directly identify the 24V charging, the internal pressure of the two batteries can be detected separately, and the large difference is unrecognizable. Two 12V batteries need to be charged separately

Q: Why does the display screen not light after plugging in?

A: 1.Plug in only, the display screen is not on, and the indicator light is not on. The safety tube is burnt and the product is defective

1. The 12V and power indicators are on. It may be that the display cable is loose. Maybe the display screen is broken
