Product Description
Rs485 Communication 2-Way Electric Drive Linear Actuator HVAC Valve Actuator ZEB24DM
The temperature difference communication actuator is an intelligent control actuator driven by a brushless motor. It is mainly used for the temperature difference control of the water supply and return of the fan coil. The PID control function is adopted to ensure the real-time speed and stability of the adjustment.
Even if the communication is interrupted, the user can still maintain the automatic control to ensure the control system's safety.
Suppose the temperature difference does not reach the set temperature. In that case, the actuator can adaptively adjust the opening of the actuator according to the temperature difference and, finally, ensure the constant temperature difference between supply and return water.
Temperature difference setting range 2-10℃ (can be changed by MODBUS protocol)
Use the actuator with high precision and multi-function with the fieldbus function; Fieldbus can set the actuator's parameters, and the actuator's functions can be controlled by fieldbus or analog input.

Installation Guild
Before any service work on the final controlling device is carried
out, it is essential to isolate the electric actuator from the
power supply (by unplugging the electrical cable if necessary). Any
pumps in the part of the piping system must also be switched off
and the appropriate slide valves closed (allow all components to
cool down first if necessary and consistently reduce the system
pressure to ambient pressure level).
The system must not be returned to service until the ball valve and
the rotary actuator have been correctly reassembled following the
instructions, and the pipeline has been refilled by professionally
trained personnel.
