Working principle: Start the motor, the impeller starts to rotate, the mud in the water tank is sucked along the axis, and thrown out at a high speed from the circumference, forming a violent turbulent flow. Due to the tearing of the impeller wing and the slurry layer moving with each other at different speeds, a huge friction effect is generated, which makes the slurry strongly loosen and separates the fibers in the wet state, and the fiber bundle is between the impeller and the screen plate in the gap Rub against each other to increase fibrosis.

②Horizontal hydraulic pulper

There are two types: volt (horizontal) hydraulic pulper and rotary drum (rotary drum) hydraulic pulper.
 

The volt-type hydraulic pulper has a side rotor and an impurity collector at the bottom of the water tank. The other structure is the same as the vertical pulper. The pulper can process unsorted waste paper.
 

The drum-type hydraulic pulper can continuously remove non-fiber impurities that are difficult to break, and the production capacity is large. It uses a partition on the inner wall of the drum to continuously raise the paper material, and then drops the paper material to the bottom of the drum at a certain height, and uses tearing and shearing forces to break down the fibers. The main impurities will not be mechanically damaged and can be easily removed by the impurity removal equipment.
