Microwave atmosphere furnace HY-QS3016 is multifunctional sintering furnace with a large heating space of Φ150×120mm and is capalble of various atmophere conditions, i.e oxidizing gas, inert gas, argon gas, weak reducing gas etc.
Reliable microwave sheilding structure with microwave leakage intensity <2mW/cm2.
Viewing window for real time monitoring of the heating process and reaction inside the chamber.
Thermal Inertia is considerably reduced compared to traditional resistance heating.
HY-QS3016 is especially suitable for dental zirconia blanks sintering, but can also be applied to pyrolysis, synthesis, calcination as well as other thermal treatment process under various atmosphere conditions. Furthermore, the pre-vaccum pumping function can substantially save time for gas exchanging.
