Description
Automatic Monoblock plastic bottle filling system is designed to meet the needs of the ever expanding water, fruit juice, soy sauce etc market and beverage market around the globe. Built with a heavy-duty stainless steel frame and stainless steel main platform, the 18-18-6-6 is ready for action when it reaches your Winery or beverage plant. ("Monoblock" Filling Systems are robust, continuous motion systems, designed to streamline the rinsing, filling and capping process while minimizing valuable floor space).
Features
* This normal pressure plass bottle filling machine is
suitable for packing pure water, mineral water, soy sauce or other
liquid without gas containing beverage.
* Its performance is as following: all parts, for instance, filling
valve, which directly contact medium are made of stainless steel or
harmless material. So it conforms to the requirements of food
sanitation.
* Sealing parts are made of four roll structure, it can seal
aluminum cap very well.
* Using programmable controller to realize fully automatic control.
* It uses transducer as speed regulator, so the user can regulate
the machine easily to suit different power requirements.
* The plastic bottle filling machine adopts normal pressure
filling principle and current spring valves in order to assure
beverage quality.
* Using advanced magnetic coupler to regulate cap-screwing torque,
in order to assure capping quality.
