Separation takes place in a horizontal bowl equipped with a scroll conveyor. The process material is fed into the bowl through a stationary inlet tube and is smoothly accelerated in the accelerate chamber.

Centrifugal forces cause instant sedimentation of the solids on the wall of the bowl. The conveyor rotates in the same direction as the bowl, but at a differential speed, thus remove the solids towards the conical end of the bowl.

3. Centrifuge Bowl and screw conveyor are made of stainless steel  (No. 304) for high resistance to  wearing and erosion.

4. Screw conveyor are bonded with hard alloy blocks that improves the service life up to 5 years..

5. Max through capacity up to 80 m³/h (SG<1.1)
