2 . Machining center 650 machine body base, slide block, workbench,
column, spindle box and other main foundation parts adopt high
rigid cast iron structure, stable metallographic structure,
distributed in the internal network structure reinforcement,to
ensure the high rigidity and bending resistance and shock
absorption performance of the foundation parts; The basic parts are
made of resin sand and treated by sandblasting, tempering and
vibration effectively to ensure the stability of the machine's
accuracy in long-term use and provide a guarantee for the stability
of the machine's performance.
3 . Machining center 650 high speed and high rigidity spindle unit
combined with servo spindle motor; X/Y/Z adopts high torque servo
motor. X/Y/Z adopts Taiwan high-precision high-strength ball screw
with Japanese NSK bearing and high precision imported locking.
X/Y/Z three-way guide rail adopts hard track design, fixed surface
adopts ultra-high frequency quenching process after precision
grinding; The sliding surface is made of high strength
wear-resisting material with plastic tape. Y direction guide rail
for four track design (including auxiliary guide rail) greatly
increase the rigidity and strength of the machine tool.
