Introduction
KJG Hollow Blade Dryer can indirectly heat or cool the materials in paste, granules, powders and slurries. It can also complete the unit process of drying, cooling, heating, sterilization, reaction and low temperature combustion. The special heat-transfer stirring blade wedge type in the equipment has high heat-transfer efficiency and its heat-transfer surface has self-cleaning function.
Working Principle
steam or thermal oil injected in the rotary shafts and the hollow
blades.Wet sludge is fed into the paddle dryer machine by the screw
feeder or sludge pump, and then is heated indirectly by the heat
medium.New surface area is released continuously while the shafts
rotate so that hot soda ash gets cooled in a high thermal
efficiency.
Dry product is discharged through the discharge valve, while the dusty air is cleaned in the
cyclone dust collector.

Applications
Blade dryer has been successfully applied in the fields of food, chemical, petrochemical, dyes, industrial sludge and so on. For example: calcium sulfate dihydrate (Ca2SO4 • 2H2O) is combusted into calcium sulfate hemihydrate (Ca2SO4 • 1 / 22H2O); Sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) is calcined into sodium carbonate (Na2HCO3). It has been successfully used in the industries of fertilizer and modified starch. Blade dryer can be used for sterilization of food and flour. With large heating area in unit effective volume, the materials will soon be heated to the sterilization temperature, avoiding that long heating may change the quality of materials.

can be up to 90%. For slurry, evaporating 1kg of water just need 1.2kg vapor.

3) wide range of materials handling: can use different types of media, not only can treat
heat-sensitive materials, but also handle high-temperature
materials. Common medias are: water vapor, thermal oil, hot water,
cooling water and so on.
4) flexible operation method: Can be continuous operation or intermittent operation, can be
applied in many fields.
5) Low environmental pollution: don't use air to dry material, dust material entrainment is rare.
Small solvent evaporation, easy to treat. For contaminated
materials or solvent recovery conditions, closed-loop can be used.
6) Cheap operating costs: Low-speed mixing and reasonable structure, Low wear, low
maintenance costs. For normal operation, just only 1 person / day.
7) Stable operation: Due to the special compression-expansion stirring of the wedge
blades, the material particle contact with the heat transfer
