Product Description

of the State have developed this machine.This is a new kind of
drying equipment used for drying the materials,such as paste state,
cake state, thixotropy,thermal senstive powder and particles.Our
factory is equipped with the testing sample machine,which can be
used for carrying out the drying tests of various feeds for our
users and for to provide the parameters to select the applicable
machine.
Working principle
Hot air enters into drying chamber from the bottom of dryer with appropriate spouting speed. Raw material is crushed by dis-integrator and dried by hot air. After being crushed, raw material could have bigger surface area, bigger surface area of raw material and speed difference between raw material with hot air increase drying efficiency.

Feature
1 There are several feeding systems available, we can get stable

7 There has high spiral air speed inside dryer, drying time is
short, it could prevent wall-stick problem, and metamorphism of
heat-sensitive material.
8 There has air blowing system, blowing air from bottom of dryer
with 30-60m/s speed, it could prevent powder back to hot air pipe.
9 relatively low outlet air temperature, to improve drying
efficiency.
10 Strong disintegrating system and spiral hot air could crush
material, and obtain fine, uniform product.
