HLN provides air intake fan with brushless motors to independent parking heaters. The motor of the air intake fan is a key part in the parking heater that largely decides the life of the heater. HLN brushless motor can work for at least 5,000 hours during rigorous lab tests. In real operations, its service time can be much longer. With the brushless motor, HLN heaters can comfortably work for 5 years without major maintenance requirement. HLN focuses on continuously improving the heater quality and pushing it to the limit. The company finished a heater high attitude test above 5,000 meters on the Tibetan Plateau. Both air heaters and coolant heaters went through the tests. A total of five testes points were taken, and at a highest elevation of 5,235 meters. (The five test points were at 2,780m, 3,660m, 4,540m, 4,780m, and 5,235m.) At all test points, both the air heaters and coolant heaters can ignite and operate smoothly. The high elevation test is only one of a serious of tests that HLN performs on its heaters to guarantee the heaters performance.
