The HLN Aquano 5K coolant heaters can reduce the engine friction during the engine’s normal operations. In the cold weathers, the engine lubricant temperature can be lower than the optimal operating temperature range. It is particularly true if your vehicle has to idle most of the time to wait for the next task. With the improvement in efficiency of the modern engines, residual heat from the combustion reduces. Together with the low temperature environment and reduced load, the coolant / lubricant temperature can drop to below 60°C. If it happens, the viscosity of the lubricant would increase significantly compared to if it were operating at 90°C. As a result, more fuel would be consumed to keep the engine running. With the help of HLN Aquano 5K heaters, the engine can operate under a much more fuel-efficient condition, saving your fuel cost and protect your engine in a long run.
HLN focuses on systematic improvement on the products’ key component. The fuel pump is a good example. The company provides several variants of fuel pumps to meet different requirement. It started from a version that can function at extreme low temperature (-41°C). Such a pump is ideal for vehicles that need to work at extreme cold environment for extended period. Later on, when the company expanded to the recreational vehicle market, quiet operation instead of low temperature functionality became the major concern. The LCD controller panel
The controller of the 5kW water parking heater standard configuration is LCD panel. By which you can set the time of the heater to work previously like a clock.
The LCD screen can display the temperature, time, and working mode. It has three working modes:heating, air conditioning and ventilating.
