1. 3T Passive De-coiler
Diameter: 460-520mm expansion.
Capacity: 3000kg per mandrel
Max Coil Width: 500mm
2. Leveling device
Put the raw material(steel plate) through the beach to manufacture
and process,4 down and 3 up ,it can guarantee that the products are
neat, parallel and everything is uniformity.
7 rolls leveling, 3 rolls up and 4 rolls down
Diameter is Ø 76mm, chrome and HRC60 heat treatment to secure the
smooth surface.
3. Pre -Punching and pre-cutting device
Share one Hydraulic station with Hydraulic Cutting Device
It adopts the hydraulic drive and automatic location to decide the
dimension and cut the target products
Components: It contains one set of blade, one hydraulic cylinder

4. Control Box: Panasonic Japan Brand
Adopted PLC , transducer, touch panel from Japan to ensure high
speed with stability, precision and lifetime. Other electric
element are Schneider

(2). Control panel: Button-type switch and touch screen
(3) The language in the touch screen: English and Chinese
(4) Length & quantity measurement automatically.
