The YRKK high-voltage motor stator adopts an external press-fitting structure, and the stator winding is made of F-class insulating material, and the ends are reliably fixed and bound. During the manufacturing process, it has undergone many inter-turn pulse voltage tests and ground withstand voltage tests, and adopts German advanced technology. The vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint equipment and process (VPI) process. Therefore, the motor has excellent and reliable insulation performance, good mechanical strength and strong moisture resistance.
YRKK high-voltage motor winding rotor adopts F-class insulation
material. There are two types of bearings: rolling bearings and
sliding bearings, depending on the power and speed of the motor. YR
series is the basic series, and the protection level is IP54. YRQF
series (IPW24) and YRKS series (IP44 or IP54) can also be derived
according to the ordering requirements.
The main junction box is generally installed on the right side of
the motor (viewed from the shaft extension end), and can also be
installed on the left side of the motor according to the ordering
requirements. There is a separate ground terminal in the main
junction box.
