Yks900 YKK900 2500kw High Voltage Electric Motors For Hot rolling Steel Mill
This series of products are made of exquisite materials and
well-made, with high efficiency and energy saving, low noise, low
vibration, reliable operation, and convenient use, installation and
maintenance.
The motor adopts the internationally popular box-type structure,
and the base and end cover are welded by steel plates, which have
good rigidity and light weight. After removing the protective cover
(or cooler), you can observe and access the inside of the motor,
which is convenient for the installation and maintenance of the
motor.
The stator adopts an external press-fit structure. The stator
winding is made of Class F insulating material and anti-corona
material, and the winding end is fixed by a special binding
process, which is firm and reliable. As a result, the motor has
excellent and reliable insulation performance and moisture-proof
and impact-resistant capabilities.
This series of motors adopts seat type sliding bearings, and the
motor has a mounting base. The protection level of its basic type
is IP23, IP44, IP54. For example, when the motor has a higher
protection level, the protection level of the bearing is also
increased. Generally, pressure circulation lubrication is used, and
users need to configure a thin oil station according to the bearing
oil quantity provided by our company.
The rotor fan adopts a high-efficiency, low-noise axial flow fan.
Since the fan ventilation is directional, the motor needs to rotate
in the specified direction and cannot be reversed.
The main junction box is a sealed structure, and the protection
level is IP54. This series of motors is designed with 2 cylindrical
shaft extensions of the same size, and the user can choose any
shaft extension as the transmission end.
