1. Overview of Dry-Type Hollow Neutral Grounding Reactor,Current Limiting Reactors

 

The dry-type hollow neutral grounding reactor is a multi-layer parallel cylindrical structure, that is, a single-layer coil is wound on the winding die with a thinner insulated aluminum wire, and the multiple single-layer coils are made of long glass impregnated with epoxy resin The fiber tows are wrapped to form an envelope, and then a number of envelopes are coaxially stacked on this envelope in turn, and the envelopes are separated and supported by resin glass fiber drawing strips to form an axial heat dissipation air passage. After the preparation is completed, it will solidify to form a solid whole.


 2. Purpose of Dry-Type Hollow Neutral Grounding Reactor,Current Limiting Reactors

The reactor is mainly connected between the three-phase neutral point of the high reactance or the transformer and the ground to limit the line-to-ground current to an appropriate value when the system is grounded. The neutral point of the 500kV main transformer uses 66kV dry-type hollow neutral Point reactor, the neutral point of the 750kV main transformer uses a 110kV dry-type hollow neutral point reactor.

3. Main features of Dry-Type Hollow Neutral Grounding Reactor,Current Limiting Reactors

  • The inductance value of the reactor has good linearity and stable inductance value;
  • The coil winding adopts epoxy imidazole system formula, step-type high temperature curing, good product integrity, high mechanical strength, strong short-circuit resistance and low noise;
  • The coil adopts a small cross-section electromagnetic wire multi-layer concentric winding, with small skin effect and eddy current loss;
  • The magnetic field distribution is reasonable, the electromagnetic force that the envelope bears is balanced, and the mechanical performance and dynamic thermal stability are good;
  • The reactor is air-insulated, oil-free, and has good fire resistance;
  • The surface of the reactor is sprayed with water-repellent material, which has good insulation performance.
