How it works: When the pouch is opened, the iron powder inside menstrual heat patch reacts with oxygen in the air causing it to heat up gently. The menstrual heat patch reaches a maximum temperature of 45℃-50℃/113℉-122℉ and stays at this temperature for 8-12 hours.
