Air classification equipment for fine flake zinc powder
1. Technical requirements:
1.1 System composition: The nitrogen closed-circuit classification
method is adopted, the first-level classification host, the
first-level cyclone collector and the filter bag filter are used,
and 4 kinds of products are produced at the same time, and the
specification and particle size are determined according to the
adjustment.
1.2 Classification of raw material specifications: fine flake zinc
powder powder can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 10µm
to 25µm.
1.3 Classification medium: nitrogen
1.4 Ball mill
1.5 The replacement system can replace the equipment independently
by adding valves at the front and rear ends. After welding, the
blades of the screw feeder and the blades of the classification
wheel are subjected to slag removal and polishing.
1.6 The overall material of the equipment is stainless steel 304
(the platform stair legs are made of carbon steel), and the welds
should be polished.
1.7 The skeleton of the dust collector is made of stainless steel
304.
1.8 An oxygen content tester is installed in the control parts, an
electrostatic device is installed in the connecting parts, and an
electrostatic removal device is installed in the precipitator.
The complete grading system uses nitrogen as the grading medium; it
consists of a nitrogen filtration system, a classification system,
a collection system, a charging and discharging system, a nitrogen
purity test supplementary system, and an electrical control system.
The complete set of equipment and material contact parts are all
made of stainless steel 304. The production process is our
company's mature technology, with reliable quality and stable
performance. It has been widely used in the processing of metal
powder, oxidizable raw materials and flammable and explosive
materials.
The system is a one-key start/stop method, and the fault will
automatically stop and display the cause of the fault.
2. Process line name Classifier nitrogen protection system
Process Description:
The raw material of fine zinc powder powder enters the ball mill
through the screw feeder, and is flattened and pulverized by the
ball mill, and then the material is pumped to the classifier and
enters the classifier, where a strong centrifugal force is formed
in the classifier, and the air powder entering the classifier The
mixture first enters the interior of the classification wheel.
Under the action of centrifugal force, large or heavy particles are
subjected to large centrifugal force, so they are thrown to the
periphery of the classification wheel to the side wall of the
classifier, and are no longer affected by the centrifugal force,
and naturally fall to the discharge. Small or light materials are
not affected by centrifugal force, hover inside the grading wheel,
are brought to a high place by the induced wind of the induced
draft fan, and move along the pipeline to the next component to be
classified or collected. By adjusting the rotation speed of the
classification wheel, the centrifugal force in the classifier can
be adjusted to achieve the specified particle size. The coarse
powder classified by the classifier is sent back to the ball mill
to continue to be pulverized, so that the desired finished product
can be achieved over and over again.
