Introduction
The cone hole opener is composed of more than twenty parts such as
cutting structure, bearing structure, locking element, oil storage
sealing device, nozzle device and so on.
Features
The three-cone perforator has the function of impacting, breaking
and shearing strata rock when rotating. Therefore, three-cone
reamer can be used in soft, medium and hard formations.
Advantages
1. Adopt floating load-bearing structure, floating elements are
made of new materials with high strength, high elasticity, high
temperature resistance and high wear resistance, and the surface is
treated with solid lubricant.
2. New grease resistant to high temperature and wear at 250℃.
3. The blade adopts high-strength and high-toughness carbide alloy
teeth, which fully exerts the blade's high wear resistance and
excellent cutting ability, and improves the life of the cutting
tooth of the drill bit.
