Introduction
300mm tapered roller reamer Tapered roller reamer is a commonly
used drilling tool in rock formation excavation. The tapered roller
reamer produced by our company is suitable for all kinds of
trenchless drilling rigs, and can be used for the expansion of
various rock formations. The specification range is Φ260-1800mm.
Features
The reamer is mainly composed of four or more cones. The use of
high-quality tungsten carbide hard surface or high-quality tungsten
carbide blade formulations and new cutting structures can improve
the wear resistance of the reamer. The pilot is three cone drill
bits.
High-performance HNBR O-ring, used for bearing seal, high-grade
grease, used for lubrication.

Bearing types: 1. Sealed bearings and unsealed bearings. 2. Metal
sealed journal bearings. 3. Rubber sealed journal bearings
Cutting structure: all surfaces of the rear cone and teeth are
hardened, improving the shape of the steel teeth and welding
