Advantage
Anvil after clamping
The back anvil is the mark of BAIWEI perforation tool design.
The clamping load provided by this function is 200% higher than
that of competing products, making it the safest component on the
market.
Forward wear ring
The one-piece striker contains a set of wear rings that eliminate
metal-to-metal contact, thereby providing a sustained level of
performance.
Push chuck
The BAIWEI tamper tool can be set into a conical locking
chuck, thereby reducing the time for setting up and disassembly.
The chuck can be fully engaged with the steel housing by 6 inches
(152 mm), thereby firmly locking the tip of the knife on the
housing, eliminating the need for a support frame, and reducing the
opening of the sleeve, thereby saving working time.
Collet jack
For larger size collets, BAIWEI provides collet lifters, which
can easily move, load and unload heavy collets on site.
Accessories
BAIWEI provides a wide range of ramming accessories, such as
lubrication systems, seal kits, balanced collet lifters, pipe pigs
and plunger sleeves. All these are designed to make your next job
more efficient.

Quality Control
Quality guarantee is not only responsible for customers, but also
the assurance of enterprise's steady development. The necessary
test equipment and the effective & perfect production process
control is the assurance of product quality. Taking the spirit of
"To win the market with innovation, to serve the customers with
friendship, to build the brand with quality, to develop the
enterprise with sincerity", we utilize the advanced testing methods
to make each product meticulously.
The raw materials selected by our company are all the alloy
structure steels for geographical usage produced by Baogang Steel.
After laboratory tests, after laboratory tests, both ends of a pipe
are upsetted and proceeded to overall heat treatment, then friction
welded. Before finished drill pipes are plated and packaged, a
series of tests have to be implemented including hardness,
metallurgical structure, physical performances, etc.
