For many people who work in an office sitting, sitting in an office chair without adequate back support can create a great deal of sterss on the lower back. 1. Adjustable Back Support Chair

Pulling out thr knob at the lower right side of the seat, turn it deasil, the incling tension of the backrest will get higher, while turn it widdershins, the tension get lower
