Equipment pre-acceptance:
1. Conditions for pre-acceptance:
(1) The buyer shall provide the confirmed drawings,
samples and test specifications related to the grinding work piece
before signing the
contract and technical agreement.
(2) The Seller shall keep confidential all the
technical data provided by the buyer.
(3) The seller shall inform the buyer 15 days before
the pre-acceptance, and the buyer shall
prepare 10 pieces of relevant work pieces and
send them to the Seller or the buyer shall take the work pieces to
the Seller's factory for site
acceptance according to the circumstances.
(4) The Seller shall make preparations for the
pre-acceptance before the Buyer's personnel arrive at the equipment
manufacturing plant.
(5) The parameters of the grinding wheel will be
selected by the seller according to the drawings provided by the
customer, and relevant
grinding wheels will be configured after
signing the contract.
2. Pre-acceptance contents and standards: Acceptance specifications
agreed by both parties shall be carried out according to drawing
standards provided by the buyer.
(1) Device appearance check.
(2) Convenience of operation and maintenance of the
equipment (subject to the design of Seller's machine tool
equipment).
(3) Influence of strength and rigidity of the equipment
on quality (subject to the equipment accuracy test table provided
by the seller)
(4) Equipment operation measured record (empty, full load
running time, content, etc.).
(5) The main performance index of the equipment
is recorded.
(6) Test records and assembly records of main
parts.
(7) Confirmation of important parts.
(8) 10 pieces of grindable products were
processed continuously, which met the requirements of the drawings
and the equipment ran normally.
(9) The waste products allowed to be processed by
the seller during the grinding process of thepre-acceptance work
piece will be shipped to the
buyer together with qualified test pieces or with the shipping
machine.
3.In the process of pre-acceptance, the buyer has the right to put
forward reasonable rectification opinions on the equipment, and the
seller can make rectification upon the consent of both parties.
4.The Seller can ship the equipment to the buyer only after the
seller signs the pre-acceptance document.
Device description:
The body and components are cast by Milhanna high grade cast iron
FC30, which is artificially normalized heat treatment and then
treated by natural aging. Components are processed by YASDA, MITSUI
SEIKI, TOSHIBA, ELB and other world-class equipment once clamping
processing. Precision size can be up to micron level, to ensure
high precision equipment basic components.
Equipped with Siemens 828D CNC automatic grinding system, and
secondary development, man-machine dialogue fool operation, with
many optional equipment to choose from, including inner hole
grinding device, automatic end measuring device, automatic outside
diameter measuring device, etc.
The grinding feed system is composed of a V and a flat track of
hand-crafted precision shovel, with automatic lubrication system
and C3 level precision grinding ball screw, which can achieve
smooth movement, excellent repeated positioning accuracy and long
track life.
FUNUC numerical control system (Optional) as the standard configuration, after secondary development, all Chinese operation interface, easy to use. Equipped with Siemens high performance servo motor, the equipment CNC system and drive system have better compatibility, at the same time with automatic sand repair and automatic compensation function, to ensure the stability and precision of feed and grinding.
