Especially for products with stable pipeline quality requirements such as gas pipeline, water supply pipeline and drainage pipeline, our detection system can realize online real-time measurement of pipeline wall thickness, diameter, eccentricity, non-circular ratio and other data.

   After the vacuum cooling tank cools the plastic pipe, installing a scanning box(Pipe Wall Thickness Measurement System) to measure the thickness of the pipe and detect whether the product has defects using ultrasound.
