CNC stringer plate punching machine is specially designed for auto
plate girder high-strength punching. It is a kind of high
efficiency, high precision automatic plate processing equipment.
The load, lay-off, positioning and feeding plat, choosing of the
mould, the realization of the punching process and fault alarm,
etc, all can be finished automatically by the CNC system.
Procedure
Program preparation-the plate automatically loading on-
automatically positioning-clamping the plate – plate edge test
–feeding- punching - to the next level – loosening the clamp and
back off -automatically output waste.
The principle machine structure
The principle machine is of hydraulic closed lathe-bed structure,
strong rigidity, welding lathe bed with stress relieving, without
offset load force, can support high punching pressure but little
vibration.
The module structure :
The modules are double row in-line arrangement, with reliable press
and discharge device (nitrogen cylinder pressure); Waste not
rebound; adopt master-slave swaging, pressure plate can be used for
a long time without deformation; fast module changing.
