Product Overview
Industrial Cyclone Dust Extractor is a mechanical device that uses
centrifugal force to separate solid particles from gas. It does not
require filter material and separates dust from air through airflow
rotation. In fertilizer production, it is specially used to handle
high-humidity, easily adherent dust (such as phosphate, urea
particles, etc.) generated in the process of raw material crushing,
granulation, and drying. It is a key equipment for the
environmental protection of fertilizer production lines.
Features
Working Principle
1. Intake stage: dust-laden airflow enters the cyclone from the
tangential inlet at a speed of 15-20m/s, forming a high-speed
rotating airflow;
2. Centrifugal separation: dust particles are thrown to the wall
under the action of centrifugal force, and slide down the wall of
the cylinder to the ash hopper (fertilizer dust is easier to
separate due to its high density);
3. Gas purification: clean air forms an internal vortex and is
discharged through the top exhaust pipe;
4. Ash discharge stage:
Dry dust: continuously discharged through the rotating ash
discharge valve
High-humidity dust: optional pneumatic vibration device to assist
in falling
