1. Application:
- Kevlar Aramid high temperature roller rope is made of aramid 1414
twisted, aramid fiber has high temperature resistance, fire
retardant and high pressure resistance.
- Wear resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, good
mechanical properties, etc.
- Uses: is mainly used for: glass tempering furnace roller conveyor.

2. Main Features:
- Low specific gravity
- The product has a density of only 1.36g/cm3 and is lightweight and
easy to transport and replace.
- Low extension
- The product has a low elongation of only 3.6% and is not easily
deformed during long-term use.
- Low thermal expansion coefficient
- When the product is exposed to hot objects, the product will not be
deformed due to sudden high temperature, which will affect normal
use.
- High intensity
- The product is made of Kevlar fiber and has high strength, wear
resistance and high temperature resistance.
- High temperature resistance, flame resistance
- The product has high temperature resistance, long-term high
temperature resistance up to 330 ° C, short-term high temperature
resistance is up to 600 ° C Degree, fire retardant does not support
combustion.
- High chemical resistance, high stability, and resistance to creep
- The product is chemically stable. When it is attacked by strong
acid and alkali materials, it will not produce large performance
changes.

Fiber rope changing
During operating, fibre ropes of rollers were easy damaged
sometimes because of high temperature, once you found the fibre
ropes were broke, you should maintain or change them as soon as
possible. And you shall notice following points when changing fibre
rope:
on. Screw-pitch shall be evenly, rotary direction shall be same
with original rotary direction.
- When twisting fiber rope, operator should smear glue on the inner
surface of fiber rope to adhere with rollers, and assure no glue
exists on the surface of non-twined fiber rope of rollers. Which
can avoid the broken glass adhering on the rollers after glasses
were broke.
- Head of fibre rope shall be fixed firm and reliable, head of fixing
screw is not allowed to higher than surface of roller.
- After dismantled the damaged fiber rope, operator should completely
eliminate the colloidal matters on roller surface and other
attachments to assure the light and clean of roller surface.
- When twisting fibre rope, it shall be in state of tension all the
time, straight and no contortion. Screw-pitch shall be evenly,
rotary direction shall be same with original rotary direction.
- When twisting fiber rope, operator should smear glue on the inner
surface of fiber rope to adhere with rollers, and assure no glue
exists on the surface of non-twined fiber rope of rollers. Which
can avoid the broken glass adhering on the rollers after glasses
were broke.
