Details:

Material of cardboard box	1. Corrugated cardboard (A, C, B, E, AB, BC etc, with 3 layers, 5 layers and 7 layers available), kraft paper, art paper, fancy paper, ivory board, duplex board with white/grey back.
Size of cardboard box	According to clients' specific requirements, large size acceptable. Our ROLAND 700/800 can accept 160x120cm printing paper.
Design of paper box	OEM or ODM are all acceptable
Printing of paper box	Offset printing or flexo printing
Color	Pantone colors (PMS), or common 4 colors (CMYK)
Surface Disposal	Matt / gloss PP lamination, oil varnish, UV coating, hot foil stamping, embossing/ debossing, waxing (waterproof), etc
Sample Time	5-7 working days
Delivery Time	12-15 working days
Packing	Master carton, kraft paper + pallet, or according to customer’s requirement
Quality Control	Every production procedure is inspected and controlled before packing the goods

1 Preparing the Interior
Specialty paper (with or without custom print & finishes) is wrapped and glued to the interior of the chipboard. Any additional add-ons like magnets are added before applying the specialty paper to create a seamless finish.

2 Preparing the Exterior
After applying all interior finishes, the box is folded and formed to apply the exterior specialty paper (with or without custom print & finishes). Finally, the specialty paper is trimmed to the size of the box and glued to the exterior of the chipboard.

3 Finishing Touches
Finishing touches are done to polish up any areas; for example, any excess specialty paper is folded into the box and glued for a seamless edge.
