Key Points Of Construction:
 

1. The construction of high density polyethylene (HDPE) shall be carried out by the special anti-seepage construction qualification unit

2. The foundation and cushion of impervious layer shall be flat, uniform and dense, and the compaction coefficient shall meet the design requirements, the flatness is about 10, and the compaction coefficient is 0.97

3. When the finished anti-seepage materials enter the site, the product technical data and re inspection report shall be provided

4. Arrange the diaphragm reasonably, and there should be no horizontal joint when the slope is greater than 30 degrees

5. The lap width of hot melt welding shall not be less than 80mm, and extrusion welding shall not be less than 55mm

Before welding, the surface should be cleaned of grease, moisture, dust and other impurities

6. The weld surface shall be neat without cracks, blowholes, missed welding and false welding
