Product Description:

"Coal fired industrial steam boilers, providing guidance for the safe and efficient operation of boilers under 0.7, 1.0, 1.25 and 1.6Mpa pressures. Fuel sources include biomass pellets, wood chips, bamboo chips, wood chips, straw and palm shells. The new DZH series boilers are single-barrel vertical water-fire tube shell boilers, and the combustion equipment is a movable grate. The water cooling wall on the left and right sides of the furnace is the radiant heating surface, the two wings of the furnace are the convection heating surface, the threaded smoke pipe convection heating surface is arranged in the boiler drum, the front and back arches are made of heat-resistant concrete cast and rammed as a whole, and the outer side of the boiler main engine is the three-dimensional protection plate shell.

Features:

(1) The cylinder is composed of arch tube plate and threaded smoke pipe, so that the cylinder is changed from a quasi-steel body to a quasi-elastic structure, and the pulling member in the tube plate area is cancelled and the stress is reduced. The smoke pipe is changed from two return trips to one return trips, which solves the problem of tube plate crack.
(2) Due to the arrangement of the rising pipe row in the lower part of the drum, the dead water area at the bottom of the drum is eliminated, so that the mud is not easy to deposit, and the high temperature area of the drum can be well cooled to prevent the lower part of the boiler shell from bulging.
(3) The threaded smoke pipe is used to strengthen heat transfer, improve the heat transfer coefficient and thermal efficiency, because the smoke has a disturbance in the pipe, the smoke pipe is not easy to accumulate ash, and plays the role of self-cleaning.
(4) The high efficiency and energy saving furnace arch with heat-resistant concrete cast as a whole is used in the furnace, which improves the ignition conditions of coal and expands the adaptability of coal.
